At Linens N Things, we want you to love your home essentials; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all linens and decor are in their original, unwashed condition with packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the packing slip inside your return parcel.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original box if possible and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned linens, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
